Call4Life
Call4Life is an Israeli-based electronic doctor and telemedicine start-up and clinic. They are my permanent customer on contracted design tasks since 2019. For them I did a UI Design for their Electronic Doctors including AI-powered Esther, UI kit, logotypes and presentations. The project goes in very small steps with a small team of 4 people with high emphasis on sales, partnerships and integrations.
Presentations
On early product stages I’ve did a lot of presentations, that helped to get many important investments and partnerships. I rearranged the information, made it shorter and did a graphic design that lead to high evaluation of my efforts by audience and stakeholders. With presentations done by me product won the first prize of “Agency of Strategic Initiatives under the Government of Russian Federation” contest and was nominated to Contest of Innovations held under United Nation Organization and was almost received a significant grant from Council of European Union.
Ester: The Pocket Doctor
The flagship product is Ester the pocket doctor - AI-powered replacement for general practitioner: a bot that asks questions about your well-being and general, specifying questions about particular symptoms and generates a report about patient’s state of health with possible diagnoses, gives recommendations for required medical tests and referrals to specialist doctors in Call4Life Clinic and Call4Life’s partners.

Medical magazines

Electronic doctors
Alternative product is a family of algorithmic electronic doctors, specialized for particular tasks. For example, Virus-bot that can recognize symptoms of COVID-19 from common flu and oncobot can evaluate your cancer risk based on your current symptoms, lifestyle and habits. Some of Call4life medical bots are already used by insurance companies and finance organizations to evaluate the health status of their client.

Conclusion
My story with Call4Life is not finished. At the time of summer 2023 the team plans to start working in many new countries and would finally have enough money to finally do a redesign of their main website fixing many appearance, information architecture and accessibility problems.
